• Deliver one AploPrep liquid‑handling instrument (≤15” × 20” × 13”, ≤20 kg) • Provide installation, user training, warranty, and full software package • Supply operations & maintenance manual (electronic/hard‑copy) • Provide 1‑year service agreement: annual preventive maintenance visit, unlimited on‑site repairs, remote support • Offer up to four additional 1‑year option periods (parts, labor, travel, software updates included)
