Splash Pad Installation At Flora Hill Park, Colonial Heights VA - Rebid

The City of Colonial Heights is seeking a contractor to install a splash pad at Flora Hill Park. The contractor will be responsible for site excavation, site work, sub-base, stone sub-base, installation of the splash pad equipment, concrete work, plumbing, start-up training, and winterization training. The City will provide the water line, sewer line, and back flow preventor, as well as the equipment necessary for the splash pad. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must also provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
