Description
The South Dakota Air National Guard is seeking to replace two vehicle hoists in B53 with new 25K and 50K lb hoists. The selected Offeror must provide pricing for the new hoists, including delivery and installation, within 120 days after the date of the contract. The hoists must meet specific requirements, including minimum lifting capacities, maximum wheel base, and integral safety locks. The Government plans to award a contract to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical, delivery, and past performance.
• The new hoists must have a minimum lifting capacity of 18,000 lbs and 30,000 lbs, respectively.
• The hoists must support a maximum wheel base of at least 160" and 230", respectively.
• The hoists must include two air-powered rolling jacks between runways to lift vehicles from runways, with a minimum capacity of 9,000 lbs and 15,000 lbs, respectively.
• The hoists must include audible alarms when lowering the lift and integral safety locks.
• The installation must include leveling the hoist to the slope of the floor.
