Integrated Communications Technology Solutions & Services Convenience Contract - 26

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking a contractor to provide integrated communications technology solutions and services, including telecommunications cabling installations, moves, changes, and repairs. The contractor will be required to perform all work in compliance with OSHA standards and national, state, and local codes. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to provide a contract manager and customer service point of contact, and to respond to emergency calls within a specified timeframe. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and equipment. • The contractor will be required to deliver and install all necessary equipment and materials. • The contractor will be required to provide warranty and maintenance services. • The contractor will be required to provide labor rates for all types of work to be performed. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of preferred subcontractors. The evaluation criteria for this bid include the lowest price that meets the specifications, as well as other factors such as past performance, references, and financial documents.
