Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified contractor to provide sound enhancement with safety & intercom system services at Brookings Elementary School. The estimated value of the project is approximately $250,000.00. A site visit is strongly encouraged on 4/21/26 at 10:00 A.M. at 433 Walnut St, Springfield, MA 01105. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. MA DLS Prevailing Wage rates apply.
• The project includes the installation of sound enhancement and safety & intercom systems at Brookings Elementary School.
• The contractor must be certified by the State Division of Capital Asset Management.
• The project is subject to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes.
• The City of Springfield reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
