This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive program‑management services for the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans’ city‑wide Lead Line Replacement Program. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the replacement of lead service lines, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications throughout the multi‑year effort.
• Develop and execute a detailed project management plan covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with utility crews, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely, compliant line replacements.
• Provide regular reporting, performance metrics, and stakeholder updates to the SWBNO Board and relevant city departments.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and vendor performance for ancillary services.
• Implement community outreach and public communication strategies to inform affected residents.
