Description
The Gwinnett County Government is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the River Drive, Everson Road and Quinn Ridge Drive, Oak Road, Road Improvement Project. The project involves pedestrian improvements, including clearing and grubbing, grading, minor roadway widening, sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and striping. The project requires various construction activities, including earthwork, curb and gutter installation, concrete flat work, asphalt paving, storm drain pipe installation, and concrete structure construction. The bid documents are available for viewing at the Gwinnett County Purchasing office, and a complete set of plans and documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set.

The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher. The successful vendor will be required to meet insurance requirements and submit a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond.
