The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a lease of approximately 5459 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet of medical/clinical office space in Manchester, NH. The space will be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and must meet specific requirements, including being handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and having 25 parking spaces. The lease term is 20 years with 5 years firm term and 15 years soft term. The VA encourages all small businesses and other interested parties to respond for market research purposes.
