Lease of Corporate Aviation Hangar Facility Located at 2013 Flightway Drive on DeKalb Peachtree (PDK) Airport (Multi-year)

The County of DeKalb, GA is requesting proposals for the lease of a corporate aviation hangar facility located at 2013 Flightway Drive on DeKalb Peachtree (PDK) Airport. The facility is to be used for direct aeronautical purposes, such as an aircraft hangar/hangar complex that supports direct aeronautical activity. The leasehold consists of approximately 1.299 acres of land, including a 2-story office/hangar development building, paved automobile parking, driveway, and a fuel facility. The successful responder will be responsible for maintaining the fuel facility, paying a fuel flowage fee, and complying with all legal, regulatory, and security airport requirements. • The lease agreement will be awarded on an "as-is basis". • The leasehold is zoned for direct aeronautical use. • The County reserves the right to accept best and final offers and to negotiate. • The proposed award will be considered by the DeKalb Peachtree Airport Advisory Board and final award will be made by the Governing Authority, the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners.
