Description
The City of Norcross is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for city‑wide parks, public spaces, and municipal facilities. The contract will be a five‑year award with automatic one‑year renewals (up to four renewals) and includes routine mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, mulching, aeration, overseeding, fertilization, irrigation checks, fire‑ant control, and seasonal color‑bed installations. Proposals must be submitted in sealed paper copies plus a digital USB copy by October 30, 2026. An optional pre‑proposal meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2026; questions are due by October 19, 2026. The City requires specific certifications (Georgia Certified Landscape Professional, pesticide applicator license, certified irrigation contractor, IPM training) and prefers additional erosion‑control and arborist credentials. Evaluation will consider experience, approach, references, cost, and a local‑firm bonus.
