Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Veritas Health Innovation Ltd

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Veritas Health Innovation Ltd for the Covidence Database subscription. The subscription is a cloud-based, systematic review tool solution that allows for unlimited creation of system reviews by USU faculty and students, and concurrent access to reviews by reviewers. The tool is utilized by USU students for exploration and learning. • The contract will have one base year and four option years. • The procurement is in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). • The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. • Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
