Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Neville Island Complex. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles to perform cleaning services. The contract will include a base period and four option years. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Key services include: cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, pest and odor control, window washing, minor maintenance, and reporting of maintenance requirements.
• The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and supplies necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor must maintain a quality control program to ensure the requirements of the contract are met.
• The contractor must report any maintenance requirements or issues to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• The contractor must comply with all safety requirements and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the contract period.
