The City of Travelers Rest seeks a qualified contractor to supply and install dyed brown mulch along Main Street Streetscape and within Trailblazer Park. The work includes delivering up to 325 cubic yards of mulch, spreading it to a minimum depth of 3 inches, and maintaining a 6‑inch clearance from tree bases.
