Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. However, the anticipated contract is a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ for one year covering 15–25 beds with an all‑inclusive per‑diem. Assuming a conservative per‑diem of $150 per bed (typical for residential treatment), the annual cost would be roughly 15 beds × 365 days × $150 ≈ $822,750. If the per‑diem were higher ($250) or the full 25‑bed capacity were utilized, the total could approach $2.3 million. Therefore a realistic estimate ranges from about $0.5 million to $1.5 million, accounting for variations in per‑diem rates, overhead, and additional supplemental services.
