Description
The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the full scope of construction for its Atlantic Highlands Marina Facility under a general contract. The work will be defined in detailed specifications and drawings that become available online, and the contractor must complete all construction within 120 calendar days of award. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the deadline, provide a bid bond of at least 10 % of the bid (capped at $20,000), and furnish performance, payment, completion, and maintenance bonds. No pre‑bid conference is scheduled; site visits are allowed during normal business hours, but are not required.
