Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a SaaS IT Service Management (ITSM) platform with optional enhanced capabilities. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive ITSM solution that meets the State's requirements for incident, problem, and change management, as well as other IT service management functions. The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026. The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposed solution, pricing, and company information.
