Engineering Services for Public Infrastructure Projects

The City of Thomson is seeking engineering services for public infrastructure improvements, including water, sewer, stormwater, and other projects. The selected firm will provide initial consultation and evaluation, funding assistance, preliminary engineering reports, final design, construction administration, and inspection and close-out services. The project delivery method will be a traditional Design-Bid-Build. The selection process will be based on a qualifications-based selection process, with evaluation criteria including stability of the firm, relevant project experience and qualifications, past performance, and suitability to provide services for the project.
