Construction Manager at Risk for a Playground/Park and a Commercial Building at

The Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of a new city playground/park and a 17,000+/- square foot, two-story commercial building at KCDC's most recent redevelopment project known as Transforming Western Heights. The project is expected to be owned by KCDC or a subsidiary, and the CMAR will collaborate with the owner, architect, and other consultants during the preconstruction phase to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal. The CMAR will provide preconstruction services, including review of design documents, cost estimating, and scheduling, and will manage the construction of the project. The project is expected to start in early second quarter of 2026 and has a total construction cost of approximately $16,000,000.
