Test Support Equipment Control and Monitoring Systems (TSECMS)

The United States Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for Test Support Equipment Control and Monitoring Systems (TSECMS). The TSECMS is used to operate, control, and monitor Aircraft Support Equipment (ASE) utilities and HVAC in support of customer test operations. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain existing hardware and software Siemens Control Systems. The contractor will also be required to provide technical support, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, installation, configuration, connection, and commissioning of Siemens Control Systems hardware and software. The work will be performed at Edwards Air Force Base, California. • The contractor will be required to maintain, manage, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, configure, connect, and commission Siemens Control Systems hardware and software. • The contractor will be required to provide technical support, including phone support and on-site support, to resolve test equipment control systems issues. • The contractor will be required to provide data protection and data recovery services to safeguard and backup the Siemens Test Support Equipment Systems Control System's database. • The contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance, including calibration of Control and Monitoring Hardware, to maintain normal operations of Siemens Controlled Test Support Equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide software support, maintenance, and updates to the TSECMS Hardware.
