RFP - Defense and Law Enforcement Solution

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking a Defense and Law Enforcement Solution to provide a COTS Cloud-based solution for law enforcement agencies. The solution must meet specific requirements, including CJIS and CORI compliance, search features, and map or graph features. Proposers must have experience transitioning clients from the Gotham software platform and meet minimum mandatory requirements. The proposal must include a business proposal and a cost proposal, and must be submitted by 3:00 PM on February 5, 2026. • The solution must be CJIS and CORI compliant • The solution must have a search feature that supports Boolean logic and a search interface that catalogs and returns relevant data from all law enforcement agencies integrated into the solution • The solution must include a map or graph feature with the “Search Around” capability • Proposers must have experience transitioning clients from the Gotham software platform • Proposers must meet minimum mandatory requirements, including being a current established developer, proprietor, integrator, and provider of a COTS Cloud-based Defense and Law Enforcement Solution for a minimum of three years
