Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking a contractor to upgrade the boilers and hot water pumps at various school buildings. The project includes replacing existing boilers and pumps with new high-efficiency models, as well as installing new variable frequency drives and performing testing and commissioning of the new equipment. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, performing demolition and removal of existing equipment, and providing warranty and maintenance services for the new equipment.
• The project includes work at multiple school buildings, including Ashley Elementary, Lighthouse Elementary, Naldrett Elementary, Great Oaks Elementary, Lottie Schmidt Elementary, Maconce Elementary, MacDonald, Middle School South, and Middle School North.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must submit a list of comparable projects completed in the last 5 years.
• The contractor must also submit a list of subcontractors who will be used on the project.
• The project has a scheduled start date of May 21, 2026, and a completion date of October 1, 2026.
