This project entails the design, construction, and installation of a large sanitary excess‑flow holding basin and associated infrastructure for the City of Lee’s Summit. The scope includes excavation, earthen‑filled basin construction, diversion structures, flow‑meter vaults, extensive pipework, electrical and control‑panel installations, and site improvements such as grading, erosion control, and landscaping. The work will be executed under an electronic bidding process and requires compliance with numerous technical specifications and standards. • Install a 300,000‑gallon earthen sanitary excess‑flow holding basin with diversion structure and flow‑meter vault. • Provide full electrical, control‑panel, and instrumentation installation (including SCADA, RTU, NEMA‑4X enclosures). • Complete site work: excavation, grading, erosion control, paving, fencing, landscaping, and water‑diversion structures. • Deliver all design, construction, and testing documentation per project specifications.
