Floodplain, Hydraulic, and Regulatory Evaluation – Rio Grande Corridor Colombia Solidarity Bridge to South Laredo City Limits (approximately 41 miles)

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering, hydrologic, hydraulic, geomorphologic, surveying, environmental coordination, and regulatory support services for the evaluation of floodplain conditions and potential impacts along the Rio Grande corridor. The selected firm will be responsible for evaluating floodplain conditions and potential impacts along the Rio Grande corridor between the Colombia Solidarity International Bridge and the City limits in South Laredo, Texas. • The scope of work includes floodplain, hydraulic, and regulatory evaluation • The project requires professional engineering, hydrologic, hydraulic, geomorphologic, surveying, environmental coordination, and regulatory support services • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals • The City of Laredo encourages local participation and reserves the right to award one or more contracts based on specific tasks.
