Description
The State of North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide and install a replacement condensing system for a Kolpak Commercial Walk-In Freezer Model EL26-099-DDAE at the Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. The scope of work includes removal of the existing condensing unit, installation of a new Trenton refrigeration system, electrical connections, and testing and commissioning of the system. The vendor must comply with all local building codes and food safety regulations.
• The vendor must provide a qualified refrigeration license contractor with experience in commercial walk-in freezer/cooler installation.
• The vendor must obtain any necessary permits for the installation process.
• The vendor must provide full project management and project scheduling with updates.
• The vendor must provide all permits, insurance, and licenses.
• The vendor must ensure compliance with all local building codes and food safety regulations.
• The vendor must provide a warranty of at least 1 year for parts and labor.
