Substation Design Handbook- Confidentiality Agreement

The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking a qualified engineering vendor to develop a comprehensive Substation Design Handbook. The handbook will serve as a primary reference for BWL engineering staff, consultants, and contractors involved in substation projects. The objective is to produce a complete, consistent, and easy-to-navigate handbook that reflects applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and BWL-specific practices. • The handbook should standardize and document best practices for the planning, design, and documentation of electric power substations. • The vendor should have experience in developing similar handbooks and have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements. • The proposal should include a detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate. • The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities or technicalities in any proposal.
