Three (3) Rigaku Icon-X Handheld 1064nm Raman Spectrometers - Brand Name

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking quotations for three new Rigaku Icon-X handheld 1064nm Raman spectrometers, including all standard features and accessories, CommandSuite software, familiarization training for up to six users per instrument, and a three-year manufacturer's warranty. The equipment will be delivered to the National Forensic Chemistry Center in Cincinnati, OH, no later than 90 days after award. The FDA requires a brand-name product, and "or equal" products will not be evaluated. Quotations will be accepted from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or from dealers/resellers currently authorized by Rigaku Analytical Devices. • The quotation must include completed pricing for each line item, evidence of current Rigaku authorization (if not the OEM), confirmation of the delivery timeline and the three-year manufacturer's warranty, the quoter's Unique Entity ID, and a completed representation under FAR 52.204-24. • The FDA intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order without discussions, and quoters are encouraged to submit their best pricing with their initial quotation. • The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and meets the brand-name requirement, all salient characteristics, and the delivery and warranty requirements of the Statement of Work.
