AMPHITHEATER NOISE REDUCTION

The City of Miramar is soliciting qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to design, fabricate, and install a complete set of architectural acoustic elements for the Regional Park Amphitheater stage and surrounding areas. The scope includes the supply and installation of 6‑foot high sound‑absorbing panels, tectum‑type panels, spray‑applied acoustic insulation, and any associated mounting hardware, all in accordance with the provided electronic drawing files. The project will require coordination with city officials, adherence to local building codes, and successful completion prior to the upcoming concert season. • Provide full turnkey solution (design, procurement, installation, testing) for acoustic mitigation at the amphitheater. • Install acoustic panels, tectum panels, and spray‑applied insulation to achieve targeted noise reduction levels. • Supply all necessary labor, machinery, tools, and incidentals; manage site logistics and safety. • Follow electronic plan documents (PLT/DWG/DWF) and comply with City of Miramar specifications. • Complete work before the contract award deadline, with potential for close‑out documentation and warranty support.
