HVAC and Plumbing Parts, Supplies

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for HVAC and plumbing parts and supplies for Vernon State Hospital. The contract has a total value of up to $50,000. The successful bidder will be required to provide the necessary goods and services as described in the IFB. The contract term is expected to be one year, starting from September 1, 2026. • The IFB includes the following items: PCS 137 IFB, Exhibit A – HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit B – PCS 111-Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions (UTCs), Exhibit C – Pricing Sheet, and Exhibit D – HHS Online Bid Room Information. • Bidders must submit their responses by June 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM. • The HHSC reserves the right to modify the procurement schedule, change, amend, or modify the IFB prior to the response deadline. • The evaluation criteria include the bidder's demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods, financial capability, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB.
