Robert Price Park

The City of Tucson is seeking bids for the construction of Robert Price Park. The project includes new ground up construction of a park, with items such as grubbing and clearing property, site grading, new parking lot and entryways, potable water lines, site irrigation, little league fields, multi-purpose fields, sport lighting, playgrounds, ramadas, prefab restroom buildings, sanitary sewer pipe and connections, a splash pad, and equipment building. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The project requires a variety of skills and expertise, including construction, engineering, and project management. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. • The contract will include provisions for payment and performance bonds, as well as requirements for subcontractor listings and certification of non-collusion.
