Description
The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for landfill gas management services at the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill and the closed Cowlitz County Tennant Way Landfill. The services will include landfill gas compliance testing and reporting, gas collection and control system adjustments and troubleshooting. The contractor will be required to maintain the highest professional standards and adhere to the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal and associated documents.
