Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of complete underground cable locating and high-accuracy geographical positioning system, including all required hardware, software, mapping tools, and support services, to enable the State of Oklahoma to identify, track, and manage its fiber and copper telecommunications infrastructure. Key aspects of the project include:
• Cable fiber location services
• High-accuracy geographical positioning system
• Hardware, software, and mapping tools
• Support services
• State agencies and affiliates may utilize this contract on an as-needed basis
The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms. The bidder must also submit a bid that includes all required forms, certifications, and disclosures, as well as a technical response that demonstrates their ability to meet or exceed the acquisition specifications and requirements.
