Land Acquisition Services for CBDG-MIT-MOD Projects

The Nueces County is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Land Acquisition Services in support of projects funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation, Mitigation of Moderate-Income Displacement (CDBG-MIT-MOD) Program. The selected firm will assist the County in implementing land acquisition activities in accordance with approved project requirements. The Scope of Services for this project includes providing professional Land Acquisition Services to support the County and the GLO in fulfilling all applicable State and Federal CDBG-MIT-MOD statutory and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition and associated mitigation activities connected to federally declared disasters. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing land acquisition services for CDBG-MIT-MOD projects • Assisting the County in implementing land acquisition activities • Fulfilling all applicable State and Federal CDBG-MIT-MOD statutory and regulatory requirements • Providing professional services to support the County and the GLO • Ensuring compliance with applicable HUD, CDBG-MIT-MOD, GLO, State, and Federal laws and regulations
