AIT Follow-on - Sources Sought Notice

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport is conducting market research for an Alteration Installation Team (AIT) contract to provide engineering, installation, welding, rigging, cable routing, and related ship‑board alteration services on a variety of U.S. Navy and Coast Guard surface platforms. The effort will be a Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee (CPFF) contract with a base period of twelve months and up to four one‑year options, awarded on a best‑value basis. Respondents must submit a questionnaire with company details, past performance, and security/cyber compliance information by the deadline. • Scope includes installation, removal, welding, rigging, electrical work, cable routing, fabrication, project management, and related safety/quality documentation. • Work will be performed primarily at NUWC Keyport, WA, with travel to shipyards and test sites across the United States and OCONUS locations. • Contractor must hold a Secret Facility clearance, comply with NIST SP 800‑171, and provide an OPSEC plan; all deliverables are unclassified but may involve Secret‑level access.
