FY27-11-12-13 Winter Products

The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) is seeking bids for joint cooperative purchases of various highway supplies and services, including aggregates, cold patch, calcium and magnesium chloride, culvert products, guardrail, line painting, pavement preservation products, and more. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the approved classes of work and their respective estimated values. The bid package includes specifications, pricing proposal, and contract terms. • The bid includes various product categories, such as winter rock salt, winter sand, treated winter salt, and more. • The bidder must provide a bid bond, tax compliance form, non-collusion form, and reference form. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest price responsible and responsive bidder, taking into consideration past performance and reliability of the bidder, quality of product and/or service, and degree of exclusion, exemption, or restrictions on the bid form. • The bidder must provide quarterly reports on the OpenGov platform containing the total amount of goods and services purchased by program participants pursuant to the awarded contract.
