Lot Clearing

The City of Hot Springs is seeking qualified contractors to perform lot‑clearing services on 29 municipal properties. The work includes removal of grass, weeds, hedges, brush, small trees, debris, and trimming to a uniform 3‑inch height, as well as trimming along streets, sidewalks, fences, and building perimeters. Work must begin within five days of a Proceed Order and be completed within ten days of commencement.
