Limited Permit - Movement of Non-Cert Articles (PPQ 537)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) through the Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 10 000 sequentially‑numbered 2 × 1.5‑in. pressure‑sensitive labels (Form PPQ 537) on rolls of 100 labels each, and ship them to two USDA locations. The work is limited to printing, labeling, packaging, and delivery; no additional services are required. The vendor must use a single printing method, meet GPO Quality Level III specifications, and provide electronic “Press Quality” PDF proofs for approval before production.
