Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Linear Radiation Monitors

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Sensor Technology Engineering, LLC (STE) for the acquisition of two Linear Radiation Monitors (Part No. TA400). Sensor Technology Engineering, LLC is the sole provider of these items. The authority for this sole source award is FAR 13.106(b). • The contract is for the acquisition of two Linear Radiation Monitors. • The items are brand name specific (STE brand name). • The procurement is currently intended to be sole source, but interested parties can submit qualifications within 5 days. • The Government will not reimburse any expenses incurred in responding to this notice.
