Misawa Air Base - Air Tow Trailers

The 35th Contracting Squadron is seeking vendors to source and deliver two Air Tow Trailers, Model #: T16-10 or equal, to Misawa Air Base, Japan. The trailers must meet specific salient characteristics, including a capacity of 10,000 lbs, deck width of 6’3”, deck length of 16’, and deck material of steel. The contractor shall ship directly to Misawa Air Base, Japan or DLA Tracy Consolidation Point. The USG’s preference is the most cost-effective shipping. Key points to consider: • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) • The contractor must provide documentation of the item being quoted, such as a data sheet, manufacturer quote, and catalog cut • The government reserves the right to make an award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the government • Incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive
