Description
The Walker County Government is soliciting proposals for the renovation of the Ag Extension Building, located at 109 S Duke Street, LaFayette, GA. The project includes exterior building improvements and ADA updates, such as full exterior window replacement, structural lintel replacement, ADA accessibility upgrades, exterior awning replacement, exterior brick repair, and exterior painting. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project.
• The project requires compliance with all applicable building codes and standards, including ADA regulations.
• The contractor must obtain and pay for all required permits and inspections.
• The project must be substantially completed by August 31st to minimize disruption to building operations.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing an executed E-Verify S.A.V.E. document and subcontractor affidavits.
• The contractor must have at least three years of construction experience.
