Description
The Palmdale School District is seeking a vendor to provide a turn-key Virtual Reality Flight Simulator experience, including hardware and software. The contract is expected to be effective on or about December 16, 2025, and will remain in effect for one year, with four additional option years. The proposed contract includes a sample contract with terms and conditions that must be complied with by the successful Proposer. The Proposer will be required to provide proof of ability to meet the minimum insurance requirements specified in the sample contract.
• The Proposer must submit a firm offer subject to acceptance by the Palmdale School District.
• The Proposer must comply with all terms and conditions specified in the RFP.
• The Proposer must provide a complete and separate offer for any alternate proposals.
• The Palmdale School District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to negotiate with one or more Proposers.
