Description
Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking qualified vendors to provide multi‑year, indefinite‑delivery professional development (PD) for school‑based and district‑level leaders. The contract will run up to five years and will be ordered “as‑needed” via purchase orders. Vendors may be awarded a single all‑encompassing contract or multiple specialty contracts, and may subcontract portions of the work. The PD must cover five core leadership skill areas, be customized for principals, instructional teams, and district executives, and include in‑person workshops with optional virtual follow‑up. MNPS expects ownership of training materials and requires attendance tracking, accessibility compliance, and post‑session impact reporting. No pricing is required in the initial proposal; negotiations occur after an Intent to Award.
• Deliver in‑person (and optional virtual) leadership PD aligned with MNPS’s Theory of Action and existing evaluation frameworks.
• Cover five mandated topics: Setting Direction, Shaping Culture, Leading Change, Transforming Teaching & Learning, Managing Accountability Systems.
• Provide differentiated instruction for school‑level vs. district‑level audiences, with post‑instruction coaching and measurable impact metrics.
• Maintain key personnel throughout the contract term; subcontractors must meet background‑check and insurance requirements.
