Independent Evaluator for Behavioral Health Region One

Santa Fe County is seeking a qualified independent evaluator to oversee the three‑year Behavioral Health Region One program (FY 27‑29). The contractor will design and refine the evaluation framework, collect and manage data from multiple sources, monitor performance, produce quarterly dashboards and annual reports, and deliver a final comprehensive evaluation. The work requires expertise in behavioral‑health program assessment, data‑integration, statistical analysis, and stakeholder reporting, with mandatory attendance at scheduled regional meetings. • Develop evaluation design, logic models, and performance metrics aligned with state guidelines. • Create data‑collection tools, manage data from providers and the CONNECT platform, and ensure data quality and privacy compliance. • Produce quarterly dashboards, annual reports, and a final evaluation report; attend and present at regional review meetings. • Provide technical assistance via a TADM model, integrate up to ten data systems, and maintain cultural/linguistic sensitivity throughout the project.
