Budget estimate

$700,000 – $950,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the average annual rent for office space in the western counties and Worcester County of Massachusetts. Assuming an average rent of $25 per square foot, the total annual rent for 3,300 square feet would be $82,500. For a 10-year lease, the total budget would be approximately $825,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the specific location, amenities, and services provided.
