Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Auditor of Public Accounts. The services will be performed at the Auditor of Public Accounts located at 209 St. Clair Street, Frankfort, KY. The facility is approximately 32,266 square feet and services are to be performed Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. The vendor will be responsible for providing all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to fulfill the cleaning requirements.
• Daily cleaning of all areas, including emptying waste baskets, cleaning and sanitizing high touch areas, and sweeping and mopping floors
• Weekly cleaning of entrance, exit, and lobby glass, and cleaning and sanitizing tables and surfaces in the training room
• Monthly polishing of desks, chairs, and tables, and vacuuming or dusting venetian blinds and drapes
• Carpet cleaning one time per year, using the extraction method and approved by the APA
• Restroom cleaning, including cleaning and sanitizing all fixtures, and restocking paper goods and soap
