Notice of Intent - Evolving Medical Practices Web-based Subscription Service

The Department of Health is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Hayes/Symplr for the renewal of the Medical Technology Web-Based Subscription from Winifred S. Hayes. This subscription is delivered via the web-based Hayes Knowledge Center database, which contains a large proprietary library of health technology assessments and genetic test evaluations. The DHA utilizes the following modules within the Hayes Knowledge Center: Evidence Analysis, Precision Medicine, and Horizon Scanning. The purpose of this subscription is to develop program policy that allows beneficiaries to access new and emerging treatment while excluding untested, unsafe, or ineffective treatment. • The contract is for the renewal of the Medical Technology Web-Based Subscription. • The subscription is delivered via the web-based Hayes Knowledge Center database. • The database contains a large proprietary library of health technology assessments and genetic test evaluations. • The DHA utilizes the following modules within the Hayes Knowledge Center: Evidence Analysis, Precision Medicine, and Horizon Scanning.
