Mold Remediation Services

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner is seeking bids for mold remediation services. The services include inspection, testing, cleaning, repairs, and remediation of mold, contaminants, pollutants, and other undesired substances. The contractor will be required to perform services in accordance with County requested standards, State, Federal, and local laws, regulatory requirements, and codes. The contractor must also provide written recommendations for services, including testing, cleaning, and repairs, and adhere to industry best practices. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses, certifications, and permits to perform the tasks and duties under the contract. • The contractor must comply with all OSHA safety requirements while performing on any County property or equipment. • The contractor must provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, transportation, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and all necessary materials and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must warranty all labor and materials for a minimum of 90 days after completion of repairs. • The contractor must keep all work areas clean and free from debris, rubbish, and hazardous waste and dispose of all waste off County property and in accordance with all State, Federal, and Local laws and regulations.
