Description
The University of New Mexico is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive implementation plan for the future of KNME/New Mexico PBS. The scope of this study includes programming and space needs analysis, evaluation of the existing facility for renovation and expansion, assessment of a full replacement on the current site, and analysis of up to three potential relocation sites. The successful Offeror will be required to provide professional design services, including architecture and engineering. The project will be managed by the University's Facilities Representative, and the successful Offeror will be required to work closely with the University's team to deliver the project.
