FY26 SL St. Clair Rest Area Demolition and Reconstruction Project

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish and reconstruct the St. Clair Rest Area Facilities. The project includes demolition of the existing facilities, disposal of debris, and construction of new buildings with outside dimensions of 57'-06" x 34'-0". The work will involve grading, footings, electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, metal work, HVAC, insulation, and other related tasks. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a bid.
