Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease a space of approximately 5,660 ANSI/BOMA square feet in the Bay Shore, New York area for use as a Veterans Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations. The lease will be for a term of 15 years, with a 10-year firm period. The VA is looking for a full-service lease with services paid for/provided by the Lessor through the annual rent.
Some key requirements for the space include:
• Access to public transportation within a walkable mile
• Handicapped accessibility and ADA compliance
• Contiguous space on no more than one floor
• Meeting or being able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations
• A 15-year lease with a 10-year firm period
• A full-service lease with services paid for/provided by the Lessor through the annual rent
