Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide mortuary affairs services at Keesler Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for providing mortuary affairs services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The ordering period is from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2031.
• The contractor must submit a fully completed price list which specifies pricing for each identified service and commodity end product.
• The contractor must submit technical information on Attachment 3 - Technical Information.
• The contractor must submit site visit information on Attachment 6 - Site Visit Information.
• The contractor must provide adequate documentation demonstrating an equal to or greater inspection has been conducted within the last twelve months.
